Orders can be returned within 30 days of placing the order. Please note, a restocking fee of $15 per item will be deducted from your refund. This includes expenses related to shipping and handling of returned items, as well as costs for printing return labels.

We got this jacket for our daughter for Christmas. Unfortunately, by the time she opened the gift and tried it on (we were out of town for the holidays), we realized it was too small. The company would not make any exceptions to their return /exchange policy. So here we are with a jacket that doesn’t fit…and no ski jacket for our daughter.
