For large orders, DHL may apply dimensional-weight charges. In these cases, an additional express-shipping fee may be required.
How delivery works
We currently ship to more than 100 countries worldwide through YunExpress, DHL, 4PX and other supported carriers.
Orders are fulfilled from our warehouses in California, USA and Shenzhen, China. We choose the location that best suits the item and destination.
After payment is confirmed, you will receive an order email. A second email with tracking follows once the parcel is packed and ready to ship.
Please allow 1–3 working days for preparation. Weekends, public holidays and peak periods may add extra time.
