The snow trousers that I ordered have had one of the stretch cords (at the pant cuff) break. It appears that the stretch cord is made of two pieces and the two pieces are connected with a nylon material - this is where the cord has broken and came out of the insert at the cuff of the pants.
I have sent a message through your website and via email requesting a replacement/exchange of these pants for a new pair - with no reply so far.

These pants are almost exactly what I was looking for. They're huge, they're among the baggiest pants out there, and they're made of fairly good materials. The only downside is that there's no insulation in them, just a layer of "goretex" and a thin fleece layer. If they had real insulation, they'd be perfect

My grandson loved his white ski pants and they fit so well. And he looks pretty darn cute in them.

Thin fleece is soft, baggy fit is perfect, and they hold up in wet and slushy conditions. Definitely my go-to snow pants this season.

I like that I can layer under these for colder days. Adjustable waistband and drawstring leg openings make a huge difference in fit and comfort.

I wear them all day on the mountain without feeling restricted. The high-rise waist protector keeps snow out even during tumbles.

Breathable enough for warmer rides, but still warm when cold. The fleece lining is soft and comfy.

Rode several powder days in these and stayed dry and cozy. The waterproofing works well, and I love the side cargo pockets for extra storage.

Been through a few pairs over the years, but these are my favorite. Baggy style, adjustable waist, and all the pockets I need. They feel premium and hold up well.
