Notice before placing an order
  • Accuracy Matters: Before finalizing your order, please double-check that all shipping details are 100% accurate. We rely on the information provided during checkout to get your order to you.
  • Responsibility for Errors: Snowears cannot assume responsibility for incorrect or missing shipping information provided at checkout. Regrettably, we are unable to process refunds in such cases.
  • Delivery Responsibility: Snowears is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address you specify at checkout. However, once an item is marked as delivered by your local postal service, we are not liable for any loss or theft. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.
  • Holiday Season Note: During peak holiday periods, local postal offices may experience increased shipping times due to high demand. Please anticipate potential delays accordingly.
Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to revise or canlcel your order, please contact customer service (Email :services@snowears.com) within 2 hours of placing the order. We will be happy to modify and reply within 2-4 business hours.

Once your order has been passed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. The carrier will not return it to us, so you'll need to request a return after receiving the items.

Just a friendly reminder, if you decide to cancel your order, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. This isn't something we benefit from - it's a processing fee charged by the Credit Card company/Paypal. We get charged this amount even when we issue a full refund. Thanks for understanding!

Do you offer express shipping?

We are excited to announce that we now offer DHL shipping. This service allows for expedited delivery, taking around 2-6 days depending on your location. If you need to upgrade your order to DHL shipping, kindly email us at services@snowears.com. Our customer service team will respond promptly to confirm the additional shipping fee for you. Please note that shipping times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

When will my order ship?

All Orders typically get dispatched within 2-5 business days once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Normally for international shipping, please allow 1-2 weeks shipping days.

Please note : that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

Snowears Return Policy

We want you to love your gear as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’ll help you sort it out. Here’s how returns work with us:

✅ Eligibility
  • You can request a return within 30 days of placing your order.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Once your return request is approved, please ship the items back within 7 days.
    - If it takes longer than 7 days to send it back, we’ll still take it, but we’ll issue store credit instead of a refund.
🚫 What Can’t Be Returned
  • Items purchased at regional sales.
  • Items marked as “Clearance” or part of the clearance collection.
  • In Transit Products: These can’t be returned while they’re still on the way—but once you’ve received them, you can request a return within the standard window.
  • Damaged or faulty items need to be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
💵 Fees & Shipping
  • To help cover the original shipping and handling costs, a 8% handling fee is applied per order.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but we want to make it easier:
    - For U.S. orders, we can provide a prepaid USPS label for $10 (we’ll just deduct it from your refund).
    - For international orders, you’ll need to arrange your own return shipping. Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid extra customs charges. Any import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged during the return are the responsibility of the customer.
💳 Refunds
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • If the issue was our mistake (wrong item or damaged goods), we’ll cover the return shipping.

Why do I receive "Delivery unsuccessful due to insufficient address"?

We understand that there may be some areas where USPS is unable to deliver packages. In such cases, please feel free to contact us to provide an alternative address. If a package is returned to us due to insufficient address, please note that we will arrange for another delivery once we receive the returned package from the carrier. This process typically takes 7-60 days. Please note that we are unable to provide a refund until we receive the package since this is sent to our 3rd partner warehouse.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship globally.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna etc.

Out of Stock Items?

If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question. You can either choose to wait or request a full refund.
