  • Accuracy Matters: Before finalizing your order, please double-check that all shipping details are 100% accurate. We rely on the information provided during checkout to get your order to you.
  • Responsibility for Errors: Snowears cannot assume responsibility for incorrect or missing shipping information provided at checkout. Regrettably, we are unable to process refunds in such cases.
  • Delivery Responsibility: Snowears is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address you specify at checkout. However, once an item is marked as delivered by your local postal service, we are not liable for any loss or theft. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.
  • Holiday Season Note: During peak holiday periods, local postal offices may experience increased shipping times due to high demand. Please anticipate potential delays accordingly.
Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to revise or cancel your order, please contact customer service (Email : services@snowears.com) within 2 hours of placing the order. We will be happy to modify and reply within 24 business hours.

Once your order has been passed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. The carrier will not return it to us, so you'll need to request a return after receiving the items.

Just a friendly reminder, if you decide to cancel your order, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. This isn't something we benefit from - it's a processing fee charged by the Credit Card company/Paypal. We get charged this amount even when we issue a full refund. Thanks for understanding! 

Do you offer express shipping?

We are excited to announce that we now offer DHL shipping. This service allows for expedited delivery, taking around 2-5 days depending on your location. If you need to upgrade your order to DHL shipping, kindly email us at services@snowears.com. Our customer service team will respond promptly to confirm the additional shipping fee for you. Please note that shipping times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

When will my order ship?

All Orders typically get dispatched within 2-5 business days once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Normally for international shipping, please allow 1-2 weeks shipping days.

Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

What's your return/refund policy?

Orders can be returned within 30 days of placing the order. Please note, a restocking fee of $15 per item will be deducted from your refund. This includes expenses related to original shipping and handling of returned items. Although we do not provide a free return label, we are more than happy to assist you in procuring one based on USPS fees. Please inform us if you would like us to arrange this for you.

Kindly note:

  • Please note that items purchased at flash sale prices are non-returnable.
  • In Transit Products: Products marked as "in transit" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Condition of Returned Products: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return & Exchange Process:

If you need to return or exchange an item, just send us an email at returns@snowears.com within 30 days of your purchase. We'll send you detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please keep in mind that items bought during flash sales aren't eligible for return. We're here to help!

Why do I receive "Delivery unsuccessful due to insufficient address"?

We understand that there may be some areas where USPS is unable to deliver packages. In such cases, please feel free to contact us to provide an alternative address. If a package is returned to us due to insufficient address, please note that we will arrange for another delivery once we receive the returned package from the carrier. This process typically takes 7-60 days. Please note that we are unable to provide a refund until we receive the package since this is sent to our 3rd partner warehouse.

Do you ship to my country?

Out of Stock Items?

If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question. You can either choose to wait or request a full refund.
