Return Policy

Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase:
  • A restocking fee of $15 per item will be deducted from your refund.
  • For orders that qualified for free DHL shipping, a $30 per item return fee will be charged, as DHL shipping costs are significantly higher than standard shipping.

Merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition, with all accessories/inserts included and original tags attached. All products are subject to inspection. 

However, certain items are ineligible for return, including:
  • Products labeled as "US ONLY" are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked as “Clearance” or part of the clearance collection
  • Products sold at prices significantly lower than the regular price, such as during flash sales for specific SKUs
  • Other exclusions as specified

You can expect a refund for the cost of the merchandise to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 days after Snowears receives your return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, it may take up to 7–14 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

On-line Purchases

  • All sale items are eligible for returns, with refunds issued as store credit.
  • In Transit Products: Products marked as "in transit" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Snowears is not responsible for return shipping fees; however, we are happy to provide a prepaid return label for domestic orders at a cost of $15. This fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed. Please note this pre-paid shipping label option is only offered in US areas.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
  • Snowears reserves the right to reject items that are not returned in new and unused condition.
