Loved the items I kept - still no refund for the ones I sent back weeks ago

I love the jacket and trousers I bought. They’re awesome. However, I bought a couple jackets and a couple trousers to try different styles/sizes, and I still have not been refunded for the ones I sent back ages ago, especially frustrating after having to pay £40 repacking fee, and £90 customer to send back. Might as well have kept them - very upsetting! Would have liked to keep them as they were cool

Really good but should have ordered a size smaller because the waist is a little big for me. But it seems really great queality and can't wait to try them out on the slopes. The shipping was also faster than I expected so happy about that.

The snowboard pants are excellent and fit perfectly. The jacket is very oversized, but it’s still comfortable and stylish. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality.

I have been looking for pants like these for years now. Although they took a while to arrive the customer service was very helpful and they are overall a perfect fit for me and my preferences.

The ski jacket and ski pants are of good quality and feel well made. However, I was disappointed that I couldn’t return the jacket after the return period, even though it was too large, completely unused, and still had all tags on. I was on vacation during the return window, and considering the high price, I expected a bit more goodwill from a company like this. The products themselves are fine, but this experience with customer service was disappointing.

I ordered these 21 days ago and still haven't received anything, the website says you can return If you haven't received so if I don't receive within 30 days I'm stuck with them.

Amazing snow pants — our teens absolutely love them!

We bought these snow pants for our teens (14 & 19 years) and they couldn’t be happier! They fit great, super stylish, feel super comfy, and have held up really well on Whistler mountain while they have been snowboarding and skiing. The fleece lining keeps them warm without feeling bulky, and the adjustable waistband and snow gaiters are awesome for keeping out snow and staying cozy all day long. What parent doesn't love it when their kids like what they purchase for them. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for stylish, functional, and comfortable snow pants for time on the slopes this season!

They are majorly water proof and light weight. If it is a cold and windy day I would recommend more layers under it as it is not thermalised with a wool interior, but nonetheless perfect for active skiing
