Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE SUPPORTED?

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Paypal, Apple Pay,Google Pay as well as other methods that are updated to be available on the Checkout page of our website.

 

Q: HOW IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED?

Snowears ships most orders around 1-5 business days of being placed, but some do take longer to process. We cannot guarantee same day shipping, so if you need special assistance please contact us.  

 

Q: WHERE IS MY ORDER? / HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER? 

As soon as your product ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Your order may ship from multiple Snowears locations, so you may receive it in separate packages. If one or more of the items you ordered are not in your shipment, they should arrive soon.

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed, and you will receive a full refund in 1-3 business days. However, we are not able to cancel it if it's been processed and packaged, if customer insists to cancel before shipping, we will charge 15% restocking fee for the processing.

 

5% of the processing fee will be charged if you would like to cancel your order within 12 hours. (As charged by Credit Card/PayPal)

 

Q: IS MY PAYMENT SECURED?

Your payment is secure and your information always remain private. All information is encrypted form to ensure the overall security of all sensitive information.

 

Q: CAN I RETURN THE GOODS IF THEY HAVE QUALITY PROBLEMS?

We try our best to guarantee product quality. If you receive items with quality problems, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We will bear the cost of freight as long as the reason for returning the item is due to quality issues or a mistake on our part.

 

Q: CAN I RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT ANY QUALITY PROBLEM?

We accept returns for any reason for up to 30 days from the purchase date. However, you need to bear the return postage.

Q: DOES SNOWEARS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship internationally to selected countries, During the checkout process, simply select the country that you would like to ship to.
