WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We currently operate from two warehouses: one located in California, USA, and the other in Shenzhen, China. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse that best suits the item and destination.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email with your tracking number will follow as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for shipping. Please note that the order confirmation is sent first, as we often receive inquiries about tracking numbers before the order is fully processed.
TOTAL DELIVERY TIME
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-4 business days) + Shipping Time
Processing Time:
We take 1-4 business days to prepare your order. This includes arranging your items, especially if multiple items are ordered, to ensure everything is shipped accurately. Please note that we are typically off during weekends, as most carriers are also unavailable during this time.
Shipping Time:
Shipping time varies based on the destination and the items ordered. Regular shipping usually takes 7-14 business days. For locations like California and New York, delivery may be faster due to more frequent flights.
Additional Considerations:
During the peak season, particularly November to December, carriers may experience delays due to high traffic volumes. Some products may also require additional time for delivery and processing during this period. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
