We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth and straightforward as possible.


How to Start a Return

Follow the instructions in the portal to submit your return request. Be sure to enter your order number and contact email correctly to avoid delays.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of placing your order
  • Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days
  • non-clearance or regional sale items

If items are shipped back after the 7-day window, we will still accept the return, but a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.


Return Shipping Options

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. To make the process easier, we offer the following options:

  • U.S. orders:
    A prepaid USPS return label is available for $10, deducted from your refund.
  • EU & UK orders:
    Customers may purchase a return shipping label to send items back to our Germany warehouse.
  • Other international orders:
    Customers must arrange their own return shipping. Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges. Any import taxes, duties, or fees incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 7-12 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • An 8% handling fee per order is deducted from all refunds to help cover original shipping and handling costs
