Shipping Info

All orders typically get dispatched within 1-3 business days once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Normally for international shipping, please allow 1-2 weeks shipping days.

Our customer service team will respond promptly to confirm the additional shipping fee for you. Please note that shipping times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Exchange & Return

Orders can be returned within 30 days of placing the order. Please note, a restocking fee of $15 per item will be deducted from your refund. This includes expenses related to shipping and handling of returned items, as well as costs for printing return labels.

* Condition of Returned Products: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Great bags

Just got back from a weekend getaway with my surfing bag, and it was a lifesaver! The generous space in the upper part of the bag easily accommodated all my belongings, while the insulated compartment kept my drinks cold.

It works for what it's intended to do!

I love this wet storage bag. Especially when I'm on the dive boat. I can put my entire wetsuit, gloves, etc. when ending a dive. Its great that I don't have to wet other gear. Having this separates dry stuff and wet stuff so its a big help when cleaning my gear!! Also makes changing on the dive boat much easier!
