Second year buying these. It's warm, waterproof, and looks great on the slopes.
The jacket is lined with cotton at the back, and the pants have fleece inside. Even in -12 degrees Celsius, wearing a quick-drying shirt and fleece, it doesn't feel cold.
Of course, adding a thin down inner layer might be even more comfortable.
