You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Normally for international shipping, please allow 1-2 weeks shipping days.

Orders can be returned within 30 days of placing the order. Please note, a restocking fee of $15 per item will be deducted from your refund. This includes expenses related to shipping and handling of returned items, as well as costs for printing return labels.

* Condition of Returned Products: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

We got this jacket for our daughter for Christmas. Unfortunately, by the time she opened the gift and tried it on (we were out of town for the holidays), we realized it was too small. The company would not make any exceptions to their return /exchange policy. So here we are with a jacket that doesn’t fit…and no ski jacket for our daughter. She is so disappointed because she loves the color and style of the jacket. Frustrating. 😡
