All orders typically get dispatched within 1-3 business days once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Normally for international shipping, please allow 1-2 weeks shipping days.
We are excited to announce that we now offer DHL shipping. If you need to upgrade your order to DHL shipping, kindly email us at services@snowears.com. Our customer service team will respond promptly to confirm the additional shipping fee for you. Please note that shipping times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
Orders can be returned within 30 days of placing the order. Please note, a restocking fee of $15 per item will be deducted from your refund. This includes expenses related to shipping and handling of returned items, as well as costs for printing return labels.

* Condition of Returned Products: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
* Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.

I’ve been using these pants during carving training every day for the past few months. Usually my snow pants last only a few weeks before they start developing holes next to my hips (there is a lot of sliding on the snow for training). But these pants have no signs of wear at all and look like they will last a very long time!
170cm 60kg I got L, but if you wear protection pads inside, go one size up
Worth the price especially when you are preparing to head up to the moutains.
