Order Cancellation & Return

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before making payment.

If you would like to revise your order, please contact customer service (Email : services@snowears.com) within 2 hours of placing the order. We will be happy to modify and reply within 24 business hours.

Your order cannot be canceled once it has been processed and packed.

  • Please note that any order cancellation will incur a 5% cancellation fee as charged by Crecit Card company/ Paypal

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At SnoWears, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Any products that are "in transit" are not eligible for returns/refunds.
  • Returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  • All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was damaged during shipping.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Sales & Clearance 
  • A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns & exchanges.
  • We are not responsible for the possible import duties.
  • It's important to keep in mind that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees and the original shipping charges.
  • The health and well-being of our customers are of utmost importance to us, and for this reason, we must adhere to strict hygiene standards. Base layer items are considered intimate apparel and, for the safety and comfort of all our customers, we cannot resell or restock these items.

  • Review and Feedback:

Our dedicated team will review your request and provide feedback within 24 hours. If your return is approved, we'll send you detailed instructions on the next steps.

  • Return the Items:

Once you receive our return instructions and approval, kindly send back the items as per our guidelines.

  • Refund or Store Credit:

After we receive the return items and inspect them, we will promptly issue your refund or store credit within 2 business days.
