If you would like to revise or canlcel your order, please contact customer service (Email : services@snowears.com) within 2 hours of placing the order. We will be happy to modify and reply within 24 business hours.
Once your order has been passed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. The carrier will not return it to us, so you'll need to request a return after receiving the items.
Just a friendly reminder, if you decide to cancel your order, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. This isn't something we benefit from - it's a processing fee charged by the Credit Card company/Paypal. We get charged this amount even when we issue a full refund. Thanks for understanding! 🙏
