Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

All Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Normally for international shipping, please allow 1-2 weeks shipping days.

Please note : that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.


 

Can I make changes to my order?

Only orders not yet processed for shipment may be cancelled. You may request cancellation after an order is processed, but it is not guaranteed.

To cancel the order, we charge 5% transaction fee as it's been charged by the payment company, such as Credit Card or PayPal.

 

Delivery unsuccessful due to insufficient address

We understand that there may be some areas where USPS is unable to deliver packages. In such cases, please feel free to contact us to provide an alternative address. If a package is returned to us due to insufficient address, please note that we will arrange for another delivery once we receive the returned package from the carrier. This process typically takes 3-60 days. Please note that we are unable to provide a refund until we receive the package since this is sent to our 3rd partner warehouse.
