It usually takes 3-5 business days to process your order, some items may take longer than expected.

 

 

Please note:

  • Dear customers, since April 10th, our logistics partners can’t work normally as usual due to the pandemic situation. But we are trying our best to make shipments be shipped out and delivered to you soon. So the delivery time will be a bit longer than before. Thanks for your understanding.
  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery?If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 50% of your payment to you.
  • Please take attention that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted for Express Shipping

     

    Tracking Your Order

    You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.

    It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.

     

    Shipping & Import Tax Policy

    We operate warehouses in both the U.S. and China. If your order is shipped domestically from our U.S. warehouse, no additional duties will apply. However, if your order is shipped from China, it may be subject to a 10% tariff due to U.S. import regulations.

    This means that upon delivery, you may be required to pay an additional tax. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with any questions regarding your order’s shipping origin and potential duties.

    Additionally, some countries—particularly in Europe (such as Germany, Italy, and the UK) and regions like Canada—may impose duties or VAT based on local customs regulations. We recommend checking your country’s import policies to understand any potential fees before placing your order.
