The bag can store shoe bags or other items, such as snowshoes, ski suits, and gloves. Each of the two compartments has an inner pocket with a zipper that can hold small items, and all three pockets are waterproof. All orders typically get dispatched within 1-3 business days once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Normally for international shipping, please allow 1-2 weeks shipping days.

Our customer service team will respond promptly to confirm the additional shipping fee for you. Please note that shipping times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
Orders can be returned within 30 days of placing the order. Please note, a restocking fee of $15 per item will be deducted from your refund. This includes expenses related to shipping and handling of returned items, as well as costs for printing return labels.

* In Transit Products: Products marked as "in transit" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
* Condition of Returned Products: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
* Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.
* Clearance items, once purchased, are considered as final sales. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate any requests for returns or exchanges on these items.
